Seismic Equipment Solutions expands internationally
and forms a new Partner Alliance with xPort Group

HOUSTON, Texas, June 1, 2007 -Seismic Equipment Solutions LP (SES) announces
a new partner alliance with xPort Group, Inc., with Sales and Technical
Support Centers in  Moscow, and London.

This new alliance will place a number of complete systems in the Eastern
Hemisphere, and allow xPort Group to access over 70,000 channels of
seismic equipment including the latest technology in the industry. This includes
I/O System Four Scorpion, I/O FireFly (The latest in Multi Component, Point
Receiver, Wireless Technology)  as well as Sercel 408 and 428 equipment.

to extend our reach into the Eastern Hemisphere regions.  They have
